EUROPEAN PARKINSON'S DISEASE ASSOCIATION

General Assembly representation
Each of the active (voting) members may be represented at the General Assembly (GA) by another active member with a special written authority to act.
However, no active member may hold more than ONE written authority to act.
The Official delegate or active (voting) member is the official representative of the Parkinson's organisation, who will have paid their membership fees to the EPDA for the current year and who has the authority of the individual organisation to vote on their behalf.
As an

the EPDA will pay for up to 2

night's accommodation at the GA venue plus costs

Please note
If any 2011 membership fees have not been paid by Thursday 1 September
, the organisation representative who attends the GA, will be unable to vote and will be considered to be an Accompanying delegate
As an Accompanying delegate, the representative will be required to settle in advance their accommodation and GA costs.
