Parkinson's Disease - Flexicard
In the summer of 1995, a Flexicard was produced and funded by F.Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd which stated:

in five different languages e.g. German, French, Italian, Spanish and English.
This was always a very valuable and popular resource for people with Parkinson's throughout Europe. The same size as a credit card, it could be placed in either a wallet or handbag, and if a time came when they needed assistance, they could hand card to someone who could contact a family member or friend for assistance.

I am delighted to inform you that once again, thanks to F.Hoffman-La Roche Ltd., these cards have been reproduced but this time in 12 languages. The EPDA now has three cards one with the above statement in German, French, Italian, Spanish, English, the second in Polish, Czech, Hungarian, German, English and the third in Turkish, Greek, Slovenian, Swedish and English. These cards are available, free of charge, (excluding postage and packing) to people with Parkinson's, their carers and health care professionals.
