The EPDA sincerely thanks all those in 2010 who completed the first of a three-part pan-European survey being carried out over the next 3 years, to determine what difference the Charter has made to the overall treatment and management of Parkinson’s across Europe
Your responses will increase the awareness of the importance of the first 2 rights of the EPDA Charter and has highlighted areas where progress has been made and also where more work is required.
We now need your help in 2011.
The second part of this pan-European survey will examine in more detail the availability of support services for people with Parkinson’s.
Your answers will be invaluable in helping the EPDA and the national Parkinson’s organisations to understand the level of services available to people with Parkinson’s and their families, and to determine where progress has been made and where more work needs to be carried out.
To ensure that the results can be accurately analysed to give a true representation of the exact number of people who complete the survey – it is very important that each person with Parkinson’s, completes the survey once only.
The survey is OPEN from 11 April 2011 (European Parkinson’s Action Day) to 13 November 2011.
The EPDA sincerely thanks everyone in advance for your time and help in completing this very important survey.
