Zelapar® is an adjunctive therapy used in combination with levodopa (with a peripheral decarboxylase inhibitor) in the treatment of Parkinson's disease.

Zelapar® may be used alone in early Parkinson's disease for symptomatic relief and/or to delay the need for levodopa.

Zelapar® is contraindicated in patients with a known hypersensitivity to any formulation of selegiline or any of the inactive ingredients of Zelapar.
