In June, a notice regarding storage of Neupro® (rotigotine transdermal patch) in a refrigerator was issued by the EMEA following UCB's recall of certain batches of Neupro®. This recall affected all Neupro® products still remaining in the distribution chain which was to be replaced with refrigerated Neupro® and that to this effect, the market would only be supplied with the 2 and 4 mg/24h patches for an interim period.
