The Royal Dutch Society for Physical Therapy (KNGF)
These evidence-based clinical practice guidelines by the Royal Dutch Society for Physical Therapy (KNGF) embody the diagnostic and therapeutic processes for patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD).
In the second part of this document, entitled ‘Review of the evidence’, the choices made in these guidelines are underpinned by the evidence available and described in detail.
Appendix 1 contains an overview of the abbreviations and concepts used in the guidelines. These guidelines are developed in cooperation with the Dutch Institute of Allied Health Care (NPi) and with financial support of the Dutch PD Association.
